We want to make it as easy as possible for you to find the right sized accommodation. Several of the businesses based here have started small and grown and we have been able to provide the extra space they have needed to expand.

One simple monthly payment covers all your costs; rent, heating, lighting etc. We leave you to take care of your business rates but many of the suites within Williamson House qualify for small business rates relief.
We offer simple no-strings 30 day licences so there is no need to worry about getting locked in to a long term lease
The building also benefits from a fast broadband service that can be accessed either via a hard wired connection or by wifi and there is a door entry system linked to each suite and a comfortable reception area where your visitors can relax.
